If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes. Email us with your order number and what you want to change. If it’s already shipped, you’ll need to place a new order (and return the first one if needed).

Email us ASAP with the correct address. If the parcel has already shipped, we can’t reroute it reliably.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies over €70

You can return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order number.

Scrunchies come as a set of 3. Each set includes 3 scrunchies in the same colour.

Yes. The Small Scrunchies suits everyday ponytails and smaller buns. The Oversized Scrunchie feels better for thicker/longer hair and looser styles.

They’re designed for a softer hold and fewer creases than tight elastics. You can still get marks if you wear any hair tie tightly for long periods.

Small: slimmer profile, everyday hair-up, less bulky

Oversized: more fabric, cushioned feel, diffused grip for loose buns/sleep braids

The padding is meant to sit around the eye area rather than pressing directly on it. Fit still depends on your face shape and how tight you wear the strap.

It’s made to block light from early sun, and screens. Total blackout depends on fit (especially around the nose area).

No internal compartments. It’s designed for less rummaging:

Spot clean with a damp cloth, or hand wash cold and air dry flat. The lining is designed to be easy to wipe.

Hand wash, or machine wash cold in a laundry bag, then air dry. Avoid high heat (dryer/very hot water).
